Processing
In-stock orders placed before 4pm (Saturday to Thursday) are packed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays are packed the next working day.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship everything together once the pre-order lands, unless you ask us to split it (an extra delivery charge applies).
Cash on delivery
The rider will call before arriving. Please check the parcel’s outer packaging before paying. If the box is visibly damaged, you can refuse it and we will resend.
Failed deliveries
If we can’t reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. We’ll contact you to rebook; a second delivery charge may apply.
